These are the people who never use their skills for crimes and fame. They just protect cyber world from hackers and threats.

But the difference is reflected in their names. They work opposite to black hat's
Gray Hat Hackers:-
These are intermediate to black hat as well as white hat. They are intermediate to both of them in terms of their
Knowledge
age
experience
atitude
goal of hacking
And the major difference is Handle names. They uses their handle names for hacking. Such as REDBIOS, Cold wizard. Silver Bullet etc
Script Kiddies:-
Hackers in between the age of 13 to 22, who learn hacking by their own research and for stupid reasons like
impressing girl friend
Bets
Taking revenge etc
All of them fells under this category.
Under Go employees:-
These are employees having experience in a specific firms for a long time. And who knows all the secrets of that firms. that can be used against it.
These if fired out of the organization works as hackers

Misuse of that secrets
joining rival group
These are therefore paid much in organization and served as seniors and pleased jobs.
