Have you noticed something that works on your windows pc whether you are logged in or not. It is sticky keys
You press SHIFT for 5 times or more there is a dialog box of sticky keys giving you some information about your system. It also works when you are not logged in.
Now key is to use that key for taking control using cmd prompt.
NOW,
If we find this file in our program files which is there with name sethc and rename it. And also rename our cmd prompt file with sethc. Operating system by default will open command prompt instead of sticky keys prompt when we press SHIFT for 5 times
NOW if you know the commands you can easily take control of that pc and make modifications easily...... when you have to control it without logging IN.
